Hi Guys,

a beta tester "Erim" from the "I had a Dreambox" Community has build a special ipkg with the latest libs for the plugin.

This Version works, but i don´t know why.
I´ve the Crash-Problem any longer (Merge the downloaded XML Files with the epg.dat)

My Blue-Panal Settings are

Media Highway: off
Freesat: off
free channels: off

Interval: 15 Minutes
old EPG Data: off

cache file: on
filename: epg.dat
save path: /media/hdd
automatically save: 2 hours

i've got the same problem, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt, even with newnigma2 image i got this problem

I also found this from i-have-a-dreambox site. It's a modified version of Xmltvimport (EPGImport) called EPGLoad.

Best thing in this is, it does not need to restart enigma after loading the EPG

it works but cannot import to epg.dat
i use network mounted HDD
is there any way to give it address to epg.dat

The epg.dat file has nothing to do with the xmltv importer.

For your problem: Did you select any sources? in the epgimport configuration window. Press blue button sources and slect one or more of your source.

Perform a manual import. Normally gemini need a restart after the import to show the epg. However there are some reports that with the recent versions this is not needed anymore. I am only saying, be aware of this restart.

sometimes it doesnt merge from epg_new.tmp to epg_new.dat, or it just merge and deletes it.

yes i select nova & sky-it and i use manual and i test it with and without restart
every things work on add-on and i can see adding events and then ask for restart but nothing add to epg list . i use it 4 hours ago on newenigma2 but on gemine i can not get it to work .
i don't have HDD i use my pc Hdd as cifs rw Drive . is it possible it cause this problem ?
