There have been some changes and new channels added to Polish packages:
EPG is now missing for the following:

TVP 2 HD - 1_0_1_C22_1E78_71_820000_0_0_0 - schedule the same as for TVP 2:
<channel id="TVP2.pl">1:0:1:12C8:2E7C:13E:820000:0:0:0:</channel> <!-- TVP 2 -->

Polsat Sport Extra HD - 1_0_1_C24_1E78_71_820000_0_0_0 - schedule the same as for Polsat Sport Extra:
<channel id="PolsatSportExtra.pl">1:0:1:3331:3390:71:820000:0:0:0:</channel> <!-- Polsat Sport Extra -->
