Yes, it's included in OpenPli4. Do you use your own keymap.xml? If yes, try this one:

When someone adapts Pauli, please note it is rather old and as far I remember the package is without sources...
But why not get used to the standard Enigma2 way of remote control.... a few days and you are used to it... .. You never need to adapt the way of control afterwards....
