Correct. You can use the fix in https://github.com/o...aster/HbbTV/src

Why not pushing the fix to VU where it belongs....
Then really everyone profits...
But I suggest I open a bad discussion here again..... But you must understand we cannot proactivaly poll every oo-alliance goodies and hacks.
When the oe-alliance did not make too many adjudgements you can try to copy their aitreader.py to you box, restart enigma2 and try,,,

Not sure why you think that isn't being done?
Rest assured that all discovered flaws are being feedback to VU.
But in this case it costs you less then 5 minutes to embed this solution in your ipk; waiting for VU might take somewhat longer......
And indeed: as this specific issue doesn't show in OI one has no idea if VU will accept this fix at all.

That's why you have been invited to join the OE-A; then you would have all goodies and developments ready to use. As you (i.e. the PLi-team) didn't want that, you'll have to find fixes yourself.
