IIRC there was a problem compiling it, so it broke the build.

Thanks Eric. Is there a way I can install it manually.

I've tried using "Filebrowser plugin" but its not quite what I'm used to.

If it can't be built, there is no package at all...

The package could be build if it is fetched. But due to broken svn fetcher it can't be fetched.

here the tuxcom for latest  pli40 do not know if it will be ok for you're xp1000 but I gues well.

Included 3 ipk files. First try to install the plugin only. It's possible that libpng12 and freetype needs to be installed manually also if they are not avbl on pli server.

extract the zip file .

copy the three ipk files to tmp dir on you're box and use opkg install  command

Also a note

on dm8000 the plugin work's 100 % perfect

on vuduo2

The plugin installs perfect but just does not work. You find it in applications , but it just does nothing.

AFAIK in OE-alliance images plugin compiles without problems. Perhaps you take a look at the bb and the patch file:

They probably have an older OE version.

Openembedded core is from 10.06.2014. So not quite old.

Yes the problems are all started in openembedded versions later on. The very latest openmebedded master of yesterday is just simply a disaster That from 10.06.2014 works perfect..

oe should not require 'any' dev packages on the build host.
Does the package have the correct freetype deps?

Yes a lot of strange things happens.

How I did . standard current master pli40 fetched .

Then just before build adapted neon I just used my local bb recipe for neon like I told in (latest msg)

http://openpli.org/f...openpli4/page-4

Revert the changes into all svn recipes to have back http protocol

Adapted the enigma2-plugin-extensions-tuxcom.bb

By depends added libpng12

and by the do_install ()

Modified the line from

     install -m 0755 ${S}/tuxcom/tuxcom ${D}/usr/plugins/tuxcom

to :

    install -m 0755 ${S}/../build/tuxcom ${D}/usr/plugins/tuxcom

Without this dev package was error in log.do_configure:

configure: error: could not find freetype-config
Configure failed. The contents of all config.log files follows to aid debugging
ERROR: oe_runconf failed

I found , that it could be solved with libfreetype6-dev package. After it, error is in compile "only". Because there is missing /usr/include/freetype, but exist /usr/include/freetype2/freetype, I tried make link, but in final I see, that  ft2build.h file is missing in this dirs.
