We are all clearvoyant here :( I.e. we need more info! What firmware is in the box and how do you activate parental control? Under normal circumstances parental control function is activated/deactivated using the menu->system option. Next every channel in the bouquet list has to be manually secected/edited before it becomes active.. That's the reason why I am using DreamEdit on my laptop instead. On the box this is a very tedious job...

Or simply remove all 18+ channels from your list and lock acces to the menu->setup :) :)

I think it's the FAQ on how to block channels from the "All channels" menu, which, by design, is not possible.
