ET timer conflict

With todays update i get a timer conflict warning if one timer is recording or programmed and i want to setup a second one with intersecting period. Is this a bug of the new drivers or a general problem?
Most problems can be solved simply by a closer look.

i get the error too, I've got an ET-9200

tonight i've set an record between 8-10 p.m. on tuner A and B, now i want to set a timer for next tuesday between 8-10 p.m. --> conflict warning (although there are 2 days between the records)
