Reflashed my Duo after losing HDD contents after recent online update, but I`m unable to scan 28.2E, have setup tuners accordingly (simple , single, 28.2E) but manual scan is set to 30.5E ??

Can you please explain what you do exactly?

What satellites.xml file are you using, the stock one in /etc/tuxbox or one of your own in /etc/enigma2?

Before you start scanning, you should use the satfinder and see if you see signal on some transponders (use the "predefined transponders" option).

I`m using the stock xml. file directly after a fresh install, going into Satfinder the sat is 30.5E Arabsat even though I`ve set up my tuners for 28.2E Eutelsat/Astra.

Can you please check the confuration of your tuners? There may have been an unintentional change lately.

Have done so, selecting 118.0E for instance, shows as 122.2E in Satfinder.

I have selectet Astra 1KR 19 and Eutelsat Hot Bird 13A.

I have the same issue, I'm using 13, 19.2, 23.5 and 28.2 and have the choices of 16, 20, 25.5 and 30.5, so all are shifted 1 position. In the tunerconfiguration the right values are selected.
This issue is also present on my back-up with the latest update 21st of September. The 19th of September update is working as it should

The build for the VU+ Duo didn't run? Last build is from this morning 7.43 hrs.

indeed...
//hmm, vusolo + the last in line to build = this could be too hard to bear
I would suggest to move the solo build up much higher, before someone consider this as bullying ;)

well, the builds are more or less running in alphabetical order.
A few boxes have been moved to the front though, for the simple reason that these are the main development/test boxes of some of the developers, allowing the quickest possible confirmation about whether or not a problem is really fixed, after a hotfix / manual rebuild on the buildserver.

Putting the vusolo at the front would not make much sense, from that point of view ;)
